Last updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit puremt2.com or purchase products from Pure MT2. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

  1. ABOUT US

This website is operated by Pure MT2.

Website: https://puremt2.com
Email: [email protected]

References to “Pure MT2”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this website. References to “you” and “your” mean the person visiting the website or placing an order.

  1. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.

You must not purchase products on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.

We may cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably believe that the age requirement has not been met.

  1. PRODUCT USE

Products sold by Pure MT2 are supplied for research purposes only.

They are not licensed medicines, medical devices, food products or cosmetic products. They are not intended for human consumption, administration or cosmetic use.

Product information provided on this website is for general information only. It must not be treated as medical advice, instructions for personal use or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

By purchasing a product, you confirm that:

  • You understand its research-only status
  • You will use, store and handle it responsibly
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You will not misuse the product or supply it to anyone under the age of 18

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that a product is being purchased for an unlawful or prohibited purpose.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.

Product images are provided for illustration. Packaging, labels or presentation may differ slightly without affecting the product supplied.

Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We may update product information or correct errors when necessary. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option to continue or cancel the order.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

You are responsible for checking your order and contact details before completing checkout.

After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement at the email address entered during checkout. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • A product being unavailable
  • Incorrect product or pricing information
  • Payment not being authorised
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Failure to meet the age requirement
  • An incomplete or invalid delivery address
  • A destination to which we cannot lawfully or safely deliver
  • Suspected purchase for an unlawful or prohibited purpose

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where stated.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Payments are processed securely through Fena. We do not directly receive or store your complete bank or payment account details.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be accepted.

  1. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

We may restrict delivery to certain locations where delivery would be unlawful, unavailable or impractical.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact [email protected] immediately if you notice an error.

We will try to correct an address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

  1. DELIVERY METHODS AND ESTIMATES

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

The UK delivery options available are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24, normally approximately 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48, normally approximately 2 to 3 working days after dispatch

Orders to the Republic of Ireland are sent using an appropriate Royal Mail international service. Available delivery information will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

Orders may be delayed by weekends, public holidays, adverse weather, postal disruption, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If delivery is significantly delayed, please contact [email protected] with your order number.

  1. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders sent to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, taxes or charges imposed by the destination country.

You are responsible for checking whether products can lawfully be imported, possessed and used in your location before ordering.

Where import taxes, duties or local charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights where we have failed to fulfil our obligations.

  1. CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH

Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, it must be handled as a return where a return right applies.

  1. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions explained below.

To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and clearly state that you wish to cancel and return the order.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original sealed packaging
  • In a condition suitable for resale
  • With proof of purchase

Do not return an order until we have provided the return instructions and appropriate return address.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted product when exercising a change-of-mind cancellation right.

We recommend using a tracked return service. You remain responsible for the returned goods until they reach the specified return address.

  1. SEALED PRODUCTS AND RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Our products are supplied new and sealed.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, a right to cancel may be lost when sealed goods that are not suitable for return have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

We cannot accept a change-of-mind return for a product that has been opened, unsealed, used, mixed, altered, damaged after delivery or stored incorrectly.

This exception does not remove your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

  1. REFUNDS

Where a valid change-of-mind return is accepted, we will refund:

  • The price paid for the returned product
  • The cost of the least expensive standard UK delivery option offered, where required by law

Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or faster delivery service is not normally refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back.

We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has reduced the value of the goods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

  1. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate

We may offer a replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

  1. UNDELIVERED AND RETURNED ORDERS

Please use the tracking information supplied with your dispatch confirmation to monitor delivery.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us so that we can investigate with Royal Mail.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, we may require payment of an additional delivery charge before resending it.

Any deduction or additional charge will be reasonable and will reflect the costs actually incurred.

  1. OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address provided during checkout or to another person you have nominated to receive them.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

  1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict or update the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, but nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The website may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse that website or its services.

You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s design, written content, graphics, branding and other materials belong to Pure MT2 or are used with permission.

You may view the website and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses suffered by someone purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes, except where the law provides otherwise.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include postal disruption, transport interruption, severe weather, natural disasters, government action, customs delays, communication failures or disruption to payment and technology services.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the disruption and fulfil our obligations when reasonably possible.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

The policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and your data protection rights.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our services, website, providers or legal obligations.

The terms that apply to an order are normally those published when the order is placed.

The latest version will be displayed on this page with its most recent revision date.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

  1. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

  1. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and Pure MT2 has the right to enforce these terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in another part of the United Kingdom or in the Republic of Ireland, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Any dispute may be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
