Placing an order

Once an order is placed it is placed “On Hold” this is due to our payment system having a slight delay on taking the payment. Within a few hours your payment will be taken and if successful your order status will change from “On Hold” to “Processing” you will receive an email confirming this.

If the payment fails it will change to “Payment Failed” again you will receive an email stating this and you can resubmit your order again.

Once your order is at the “Processing” stage we will begin to package and ship your order.

If you have not received an email please check your junk email folder. Or you can contact us through the contact tab on the website and we will assist.

Once orders are shipped your order status will change to “Shipped” you will receive an email from ourselves with your royal mail tracking number, this can be tracked at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Returns 

Should you be wishing to return an order the shipping costs to return will be covered by the customer for all unopened and unused items.

In the event an error has been made by puremt2 we will rectify any problem.

Packaging

Orders will be shipped in non branded cardboard boxes
